CAROLINE RAMERSDORFER | marble sculpture

Ramersdorfer carves slabs of marble to reveal complex interior spaces creating a variety of "views" and perceptions. Lit from both within and without, the effect is both built and organic, tense and fluid, weighty and ethereal. Her work explores and reveals the mutability of perception and experience.
